The daughter of the late Pastor William James Coleman and Julia Henrietta (Thomas) Coleman, Julia was born in Detroit, Michigan. Julia studied Computer Science at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree.

Tony has a diverse background in data communications, wide area networks, computer systems and peripherals, and Internet Technology to include CGI, HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and more.
